Designed a promo website that demystified Accedo’s video app builder — turning “too good to be true” skepticism into confident sales inquiries.

The Impact

  • 3x increase in demo requests after launch
  • 2x conversion rate  from 7% to 14%
  • 40% more qualified leads from website traffic

A promo website that turned skeptics into buyers. By showing exactly how OTT Flow works, we removed the trust barrier that was blocking sales.

The Problem

OTT Flow is powerful — a CMS that generates native video apps across iOS, Android, Roku, and TV platforms. But that power created a problem: prospects didn’t believe it.

“Build apps across 10 platforms with a few clicks” sounded like marketing fluff. Users couldn’t grasp how one system could handle native animations and platform-specific UIs. The product was real; the perception wasn’t.

The Approach

We started with research to surface the real objections:

“Too good to be true” — the automation felt suspicious without proof.

Black box confusion — unclear how the CMS actually powered native apps.

Missing steps — no clear path from content upload to live app.

The solution: a website that walks users through a clear 4-step process with visuals showing what happens behind the scenes. No buzzwords. Full transparency. Non-technical clients could finally understand what they were buying.

Micro-interaction

Visual feedback when customer files are received — small detail, big trust signal.

Successfully receiving customer files.

Results

The site demystified OTT Flow’s value. Sales inquiries increased. Conversion improved. Prospects arrived to calls already understanding the product — shortening the sales cycle and increasing close rates.

Technical innovation became business success by making complexity feel simple.
