To help potential customers understand how a single CMS could generate fully branded, native video apps with animations across platforms, we built a simplified, visual promo site—converting complex tech into clear steps and boosting conversions.

Brief

OTT Flow is a powerful video app builder developed by Accedo.tv. While the product itself offered a seamless way for clients to generate native apps (iOS, Android, Roku, TV platforms, etc.) from a centralized CMS, many users found it difficult to grasp how such a powerful workflow could be triggered with “just a few clicks.”

To address this, we created a dedicated promotional website for OTT Flow. Its goal was to explain the product visually, build trust, and simplify the user journey, clearly showing how customers could go from content upload to a fully functioning app across platforms—without technical complexity.


Approach

We began with user research to uncover the biggest pain points:

  • The “too good to be true” perception of the automation.
  • Unclear understanding of how the CMS powers native animations and platform-specific UIs.
  • Confusion around steps needed to launch a branded app.

Based on these insights, we designed the website to walk users through a clear 4-step process, enhanced with graphics that explained what’s happening behind the scenes. We avoided buzzwords and focused on transparency and clarity, breaking down the entire experience so even non-technical clients could feel confident in the product.
