Brief

Swisscom, one of the leading telecommunications providers in Switzerland, needed a fresh and engaging way to boost seasonal sales for mobile phones and accessories like headphones. To break away from the standard product listings and technical presentations, the goal was to create a dedicated micro-website for their winter campaign—one that would not only drive conversions but also bring charm, delight, and stronger SEO visibility.


Approach

To add emotional appeal and thematic relevance, we crafted a playful winter narrative around a custom-designed 3D snowman mascot. This snowman became the face of the campaign—holding featured phones, wearing headphones, and playfully interacting with key products. The mascot wasn’t just decorative—it visually tied the entire experience together and created a unique brand recall. The micro-website merged storytelling and e-commerce, making the shopping journey engaging while keeping the products front and center. The campaign design stood out both visually and functionally, making it easy for users to explore offers and take action.


Impact

The results far exceeded expectations: the campaign achieved a conversion rate more than 20x higher than the main Swisscom homepage during the same period. It brought warmth and fun to an otherwise technical product lineup—proving that storytelling and creativity can significantly elevate commercial performance.
